To Helles And Bock is a devilishly tasty collaboration brew between two San Jose breweries: Strike and Umunhum. Keeping things local we used several different grains from Admiral Maltings that provide notes of honeysuckle, breakfast cereal, and bread crust. This Helles Bock is strong and malty with a deep golden color and floral and earthy hop aromas. We hope you enjoy it all the way there and back again. Prost!

After greeting you with aromas of dark roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, and a whiff of caramel, this smooth porter features dark malt flavors with chocolate hints and a very lightly burnt character. Warning: The great taste of this porter has been known to cause a little blurriness on occasion.

Initially fermented like an ale but lagered like a pilsner, the Kryptö Kölsch is a true hybrid.
