To add a second member to your account, click on the checkbox below and complete the fields that appear below.

You must both live at same residence. You can both join for a single $150 fee, but the joint membership will get only one vote, to share as a couple. Feel free to sign up separately so each of you has a vote.

Membership Agreement

Our bylaws are the rules and regulations enacted by the co-op to provide a framework for its operation and management. Before joining, you are encouraged to download and read the bylaws. (Click here to view.)

Further, to become a member, you must also read and agree to the terms of our disclosure document (available here) and must agree to the following terms:

• I certify that the above information is complete and correct.
• I certify that the members included in this application are at least 21 years of age and residents of California.
• I will maintain valid addresses (both physical and electronic) on file with the co-op and understand that if I fail to do so, my capital investment will be considered a donation to the co-op after a period of two (2) years of inactivity.
• I acknowledge my voting rights within the Co-op and understand that voting by proxy is strictly prohibited.
• I will abide by the policies and bylaws of the Co-op, and understand that they are subject to change through processes enumerated therein.
• I have read and agree to the terms of the disclosure document.

By selecting “I AGREE,” you are electronically signing your membership application and disclosure document, and you are agreeing to all terms described in the above section and in the referenced documents.

Payment Options

There are two options to pay your $150 lifetime membership fee:

• A single payment of the full amount ($150)
• Three monthly payments ($50 each)

Note: If you select the three-month payment plan, you will not receive full membership privileges (including voting rights, accumulation of future dividends, etc.) until the third and final payment has been made.
